Our holiday flats, mini flats and double rooms offer a high level of comfort and are the ideal place to enjoy some peace and quiet after an eventful day.
Light-coloured pine and walnut wood sets natural accents and promotes a pleasant night’s sleep. All rooms and flats are located on the 1st floor and have a balcony facing the Marling orchards (with morning sun), air conditioning, underfloor heating, a Nespresso machine (tabs included) and a kettle. Towels are already provided in the accommodation and are changed regularly.
You can also surf the internet free of charge in our W-Lan.

For the Ansitz Waldner Oberwirt, as a subsidiary of the Romantik Hotel Oberwirt in Marling (St. Felix Road 2), the reception at the Romantikhotel Oberwirt is at your disposal.

On request, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast daily or just in between in our ****S Romantik Hotel Oberwirt (during our seasonal opening hours). We charge € 19 per person per day for the extensive breakfast.
If you cancel up to 2 weeks before the start of your holiday, we will not charge you any fees. Up to 1 week before arrival we will charge you 30 % and in the last week before arrival we will charge you 70% of the agreed total price. In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge the entire booked package price.
